This policy explains what information The Altschuler Firm, LLC (“the firm,” “we”) collects through altschulerfirm.com and the Jonatl CMS mobile app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you send us
When you request a consultation, we collect the name, email address, phone number, preferred contact time, and message you enter. The request is sent by email to the firm so an attorney can respond. We use it only to evaluate and respond to your request.
Please do not include confidential details about your case in the form. Sending a consultation request does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Clients
If you are a client, we may use your email address to send case-related messages and, occasionally, a request to review the firm on Google. You can ask us to stop sending review requests at any time.
Information collected automatically
The website does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies for visitors. Like most websites, our servers may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which we use to keep the site secure and working.
Jonatl CMS staff app
Jonatl CMS is a private app for authorized firm staff. It is not intended for clients or the public.
- Staff sign in with a firm-issued username and password. The app stores a sign-in token in the device’s secure storage.
- The app shows court calendar listings, intake records, and client files from the firm’s own systems. Court schedules come from public court records.
- A copy of the court calendar is cached on the device so it can be viewed offline. Signing out removes the sign-in token.
- The app contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking, and does not access location, contacts, camera, or microphone.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and send email, when required by law or court order, or as needed to represent a client.
How we protect information
Information is sent over encrypted connections, and firm systems are limited to authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, consistent with our professional duty of confidentiality.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our legal and professional record-keeping obligations.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
